The maximum duration of the functionality is 60 seconds and recordings can occur via the front and rear cameras as well.

- Open the application Whatsapp;
- Access the settings, located in the bottom right corner on iOS and in the top right corner on Android;
- Select the ‘Conversations’ option;
- Enable the ‘Instant video messaging’ alternative;
- Okay, now the feature to record video in your chats will appear.
For people who already use the audio shortcut on the platform, the procedure for recording round videos will be no mystery.
Here’s how to proceed:
- Go to the desired conversation, tap the microphone icon until it changes to the video camera image and start recording;
- After starting recording, simply drag the icon upwards;
- To stop it, tap the red button in the bottom corner of the screen;
- When you want to send the material, press the send button, indicated by an arrow.
- To discard something, tap the trash can in the bottom left corner.
