When calculating expenses related to the electricity bill, some results suffer errors and as a result, the citizen may be charged unduly. The final value of the electricity bill may have undue charges
The amount collected in ICMS is used in the redemption region without the mandatory transfer to the Federal Government. Generally the money is invested in departments.
In the amount charged for the use of electrical energy, objectively in the Energy Consumption Tariff (TAF), the percentage applied is 18%.
