If you have a Steam Deck, you should know that some games are not officially stated as compatible with the console, that is, they are “verified” by Valve teams. Today there are more than 1000 products that meet the technical requirements of the portable console, but Not everyone had a chance to make the list.
On March 14, Valve shared the list of the console’s 100 most popular games, and the surprising thing is that 30% of these games have not been officially confirmed for the portable device. But this did not stop them from becoming one of the flagship games appreciated by gamers.
We can especially mention games like Balatro, which were recently released and are rapidly climbing the ranks. We also found Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, a spin-off of the famous mining shooter, to be high on the list, and it even turns out to fit perfectly with the portable nature of the Steam Deck.
Bethesda’s sprawling space role-playing game Starfield is another interesting example. Even though it’s listed as “Unsupported” and offers a pretty poor experience on Steam Deck, remains a gamer’s favorite and ranks 46th on the list. For this reason, players do not seem to like the fluidity and beautiful graphics in games used on the console.
