Tests were carried out on mice

The researchers conducted tests with older mice that already had learning and memory deficits, common symptoms of cognitive decline. The animals received a daily dose of 5 mg of TG for 30 days. After this period, they were subjected to tests behavioral tests to assess learning and memory.

Surprising results

Mice that received TG showed a significant improvement in learning and memory compared to the control group.

The study also revealed a modulation in cells in the hippocampus, an area of ​​the brain associated with learning and memory, optimizing cellular energy production, reducing inflammation and improving autophagy, which boosts brain function and memory retention capacity.

Different ways to consume coffee
