If you receive a pop-up when opening Instagram, be aware that enabling the feature will completely change the interface, starting with the Instagram Direct icon that usually appears in the top-right corner. This is replaced by the Facebook Messenger icon.
Messages are also more vibrant and colorful than before, changing from blue to purple as you scroll. If you’re not ready for these changes, It is still possible to do without updates and keep the old interface. Just click the “Later” button at the bottom of the pop-up window. But this update will definitely be rolled out to all users in the coming weeks.
