Last Wednesday, the 5th, the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) released the results of the Satisfaction and Perceived Quality Survey for the year 2022. The telephone company Claro received the worst evaluation for the telephone servicebeing considered the worst company in this category. The operator stood out with the worst scores in the ranking.
Due to the low rating received by Claro, Anatel will open a follow-up process against the company, with the aim of monitoring the improvements that will be made to prevent errors and difficulties from occurring again.
According to the Superintendent of Consumer Relations, Cristiana Camarate, what caught the attention in Of course was the poor evaluation regarding telephone service. Although Claro was the highlighted operator, Camarate does not exclude the possibility of opening monitoring processes for other companies.
The ranking in quality of service
The results of the Satisfaction and Perceived Quality Survey conducted by Anatal include scores for fixed broadband, postpaid mobile, prepaid mobile, landline and pay TV services. Claro received a score below the national average in 4 of the 5 categories presented, meaning there is room for the operator to improve its customer service.
According to the results, the worst rating It was in fixed broadband telephone service.
Meanwhile, Brisanet, Unifique and Algar were the three companies that stood out as the best in the telephone service category, with scores between 7.5 and 8.14 in relation to customer support via telephone contact.
Anatel stated that it will identify, together with the companies that obtained the worst results, the causes that led to the worsening of the scores. This way, it will be possible to find solutions and propose improvements to the operators that offer this type of service.
