This mode went viral on social media and many people are already taking advantage of it, as it guarantees more privacy for those who want to use the app without being noticed.

What is ‘super stealth mode’ and how to use it?
If you want to use WhatsApp without your contacts knowing, it is now possible. You can enter “super hidden mode” and disable some of the app’s viewing functions. To do this, you need to disable the read receipt and hide the “online” option.

First, you need to disable read receipts, as this will allow you to read messages you receive without the person knowing that you have read them.
To do this, you must perform the following actions:
- Tap on the “Chats” tab;
- Then, select the three dots positioned in the upper right corner of the screen;
- When the options open, tap “More options” and then “Settings”;
- Click on the “Settings” option;
- Go to the “Privacy” option (block contacts, temporary messages);
- Now, go to the “Read Receipt” option and disable it.
Next, you will need to disable “online” and “last seen”. This will prevent anyone from seeing the last time you logged into WhatsApp or when you were online. In other words, your browsing on WhatsApp will be completely anonymous!
To disable “last seen”, simply follow these steps:
- Go to WhatsApp settings;
- Tap on the “Privacy” option;
- Choose the “last seen” option and select “nobody”.
To disable showing that you are online on WhatsApp:
- Go to the “online” option and select “nobody”.
That’s it! Now you can browse WhatsApp in super hidden mode without any of your contacts knowing. However, it’s worth noting that by choosing these options, you will also stop seeing your contacts’ read receipts, last seen and online status!
