Some Samsung cell phone models have stopped being supplied with a complete device charger since 2021. However, if you have purchased a smartphone without the device, the company allows the request free of the charger.

In recent years, there has been a growing trend among mobile phone brands to no longer provide chargers with their devices. This shift has been driven by a combination of factors related to sustainability, cost reduction and technological advancements.

Some companies understand that some people are already old customers and therefore already have the brand’s chargers. Therefore, they consider that there is no need to provide the charging device as frequently as they were previously provided.

After a request from Procon-SP, Samsung complied with the requirement to provide chargers for its devices to its customers. Therefore, all that is needed is to submit a request and the South Korean company will send the device to the user’s home.

The charger models offered by Samsung are 25W in white or black (depending on available stock). However, the equipment is not supplied in its entirety, meaning the customer must still pay for the cable separately.

To purchase the product, it is necessary to meet certain requirements demanded by the company. smartphonessuch as living in Brazil, being over 18 years old, owning a device that is participating in the campaign and having the invoice issued within 30 days of the date of request.

1. Access the “Samsung for you” website;
2. Register with your CPF, email and telephone details;
3. Click on “Redeem your gift”;
4. After information about the campaign appears, click on “Redeem your gift” again;
5. Enter your purchase details smartphone and do the Upload of the Invoice;
6. Select the name of the device that appears on your Invoice and enter the IMEI or Serial Number and then click finish!
