Its main characteristic is the ability to handle multiple types of information simultaneously.

Allowing the combination of text, image, video and codes in its commands, Gemini is capable of providing diverse results of different natures in its interactions with users.

Google claims that Gemini stands out as one of the most accurate models on the market and, in tests, manages to surpass even the powerful GPT-4.

Gemini versus Bard: what’s the difference?

The distinction between Gemini and Bard goes beyond the simple definition of artificial intelligence tools. While Bard presents itself as a chatbot, an end platform, Gemini is a multimodal language model, the technology itself.

Bard is now powered by Gemini, that is, the final platform uses Google’s new language model, Gemini Pro.

With this integration, the Google announces that the Bard chatbot acquires new capabilities, such as understanding, summarizing, reasoning, brainstorming, writing and planning.

The company considers this update to be the biggest quality improvement since the launch of the platform.
