Apple phones have been positively evaluated by consumers since the launch of the brand’s older models. Previously, the satisfaction score for the models reached around 80%. However, after the launch of the new edition, with the iPhone 14, this satisfaction percentage dropped significantly.
Understand the negative evaluation of the ratings given by customers to Apple devices and the low satisfaction in relation to iPhone 14.
Negative notes for the iPhone 14
Since the launch of the iPhone 14, which took place in September 2022 (but only arrived in Brazil in October), the model has reduced its final purchase value by approximately 2 thousand reais.
Although it has many features, the device did not perform as expected. Therefore, some factors generated low customer satisfaction in relation to the iPhone 14.
The group of specialized evaluators who shared the results on the website announced this change in consumer evaluation of the brand. PerfectRec.
For the conclusion and analysis of the data, some of the products were not considered, such as, for example, the Pro and Pro Max versions.
In total, the ratings of 669 thousand users who have consumed the products since version 4, in 2010, were evaluated.

The final percentage of satisfaction with the brand’s products went from 80% to 72%, which represents a significant value, as the brand maintained higher values in previous years.
Reasons for the low rating of the device
There are some justifications given by experts for the reduction in the percentage. One of them is the use of the A15 Bionic processor, which had already been used in the iPhone 13.
Furthermore, the new version does not have many changes in either the operating system or the design. In turn, the Pro version has some differences, such as the presence of the A16 Bionic chip and the new tool notch interactive next to the selfie camera.
Still, in the end, the difference in satisfaction percentage for the new Pro version was below 8% compared to the previous one, the iPhone 13 Pro.
