AJ Brown recently had a digital audio file With Ride The Wave Media, where he gave us a detailed experience about what happened during the draft night, “I just knew, everything went well with them” Brown said that based on his training with the Pats and all of his interactions with the team and other officials, he thinks he’s definitely going to get there.
“I got a phone call and said ‘that’s it’ but it wasn’t. He was my manager, he was like ‘sit tight’ and I’m fine. ‘They (the Patriots) will get a buyer’, ‘I’m like, okay, cool. Brown thought it was his turn to put on a hat, but things turned out differently.
“I just saw time go on on the Patriots clock and I was like I was stumbling on like what was going on. They finally go to the election, they said the election is coming. I know I don’t have a phone call right now so I’m like this shit.” AJ Brown couldn’t stand it after that, he collapsed.
“I told my brother, I told D, I said ‘brother let’s go’ and I left everyone at home and went home, went into the closet and my eyes filled with tears” said Brown. It’s been phenomenal to see how he progressed after that night, from being overlooked by the Pats to signing a 4-year, $100 million contract with the Eagles. fruits from it!
