Calais Campbell will appear in his 15th season in the NFL and is as energetic as ever. “The closer you get to the end, the more you’ll appreciate it” Campbell said in an interview with Mike Garafolo and Judy Battista. “I’ve been playing football for a long time, but I know I’m nearing the end. Campbell has recorded 4+ sacks each season from 2009 to 2020. He was also a three-time All-Pro and six-time Pro-Bowler. The 35-year-old DE finished last season with just 1.5 sacks and will be looking for a comeback this year.
Campbell’s determination to perform better every season, even at the age of 35, should be the motivation for all the young players on the roster.
The seasoned DE thinks this could be a great year for the Ravens. “Well, we have a lot of pieces. … we have a lot of quarterbacks,said Campbell. “A deep, deep roster all over the field.
Campbell believes the Ravens will have the best defense in the league, I don’t know about it, but I know Campbell’s positivity and optimism will be a big win for the Ravens this season.
