Things are going from bad to worse Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers this season. The veteran quarterback suffered a rib injury in the game against the Philadelphia Eagles, which the Packers lost 40-33.
Aaron Rodgers previously suffered a fractured right thumb injury at Week 5. However, things have gone downhill after this new setback and it looks like Aaron Rodgers will have to miss some games this season.
backup quarterback Jordan Love He was called to action against the Philadelphia Eagles in Rodgers’ absence. Love entered the game for Rodgers in the fourth quarter, passing Christian Watson for a 63-yard catch-and-run, finishing 6v9 for 113 yards.

Packers HC Matt LaFleur expects Aaron Rodgers to make a quick return
Aaron Rodgers admitted that he wanted to be available for Wednesday’s game against the Chicago Bears, but had trouble turning his upper body. He’s having trouble breathing, but his lung isn’t punctured.
“As long as I debut well tomorrow, I’ll look forward to playing this weekendhe said after the game. “I may not be able to go on Wednesday, but I will be back there unless there is major structural damage.”
“I just have trouble breathing and turning my upper body.” said Rodgers. “I was also worried about lung perforation so I wanted to have it checked out.
Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur Aaron Rodgers said he’s not worried as he’s one of the toughest guys he’s ever coached. He’s confident that Rodgers will be back on the pitch once he’s in form.
“This is one of the toughest guys around. I never question his toughness. If Aaron is healthy and ready to go, I’ll be waiting for him there.” LaFleur finished.
