Riot Games has released a Valorant roadmap for 2023


The Valorant developers have a new vision for the upcoming esports seen in 2023 and it looks promising as they have a lot in mind like new leagues, a new game mode and more. There are some changes they have in mind that they will see on their esports roadmap for valorant 2023 next year.

As Valorant grows and builds a strong community for esports and a fanbase, tweak the gaming meta. Riot is coming with a new long-term partnership to create a more stable ecosystem for esports, and there will be no entry fees for selected teams.

Recently, The head of Riot Games esports operation, Jhon Needham, explained Valorant’s roadmap for 2023, saying: “Riot will support teams and organizations to grow their organizations with the game”

He went on and said “Together, all these elements will contribute to a competitive ecosystem that will position Valorant for its next phase of growth. We want to create the highest level of competition that will provide more exciting matches, new events to excite live viewers, and engaging experiences for millions of online fans.”

one. New international Leagues

Riot has announced three new international leagues for the shooter where the world’s best teams will compete week after week, the competition will be held on the LAN and hosted in front of a live audience.

The best teams from each of the leagues will automatically qualify for two international mastery events and go on to become the Valorant Champions at the end of the year.

2. New Domestic Leagues

New local leagues will also be introduced on the 2023 valorant roadmap. In this league, the best of each region will compete against the best of the world in the new in-game competitive mode.

3. New in-game competitive mode

Valorant developers will introduce a new in-game mode for all of the best talent in the world, helping them become more recognized around the world. This mod will act as an existing leaderboard system in the game and will offer more incentives for future players, with this they will achieve new goals and work in ranking.

4. No entry fee for selected teams

Riot Games will not charge any entry fee for the tournament from selected organizations as they want to grow Valorant’s competitive ecosystem and ensure long-term success for them as well. Rebel It’s also launching apps to select partners that will help the game grow in local competition.

Game developers are also considering giving the esports organization annual incentives and opportunities to collaborate on in-game products that help them grow their respective audiences and ecosystems in their regions.
