  • Download the Android Excel app on Google Play Store
  • Open the app (yes it makes sense)
  • Tap “Add data from image” (at locations)
  • Take a picture of a picture with your smartphone
  • Crop to eliminate the surrounding landscape
  • The table will be converted to an Excel file
  • Check data (app is not 100% effective)
  • press Add
  • Give the table a name

Image recognition is coming soon only in the Android app of Excel. In the coming months, the option will be available in other iterations of the famous software such as iOS, Windows, MacOS and Linux.
