In March 2019, Google rolled out the first beta version of Android Q, now Android 10. Among the new features provided is a Messenger-like floating balloon system to store our app notifications. This feature did not come to light in the stable version of Android 10 and should normally be released in the next version of the operating system.

Google has also asked app developers to integrate this API into their apps so they are ready for the final rollout of the functionality in Android 11.
With that in mind, Google is currently testing the Bubbles API in the Google Messages app. Our colleagues at XDA-Developers informed us on Friday, December 27 that their editor-in-chief Mishaal Rahman was able to enable this feature. bubbles in Google Messages.
