Moments of stress can trigger serious consequences for people’s general health, as well as for their performance in many activities. In addition, it can cause problems with coexistence and loss of control. For this reason, many scientists are dedicated to studying it. Recently, a study revealed the exact time of peak stress.
Main moments of stress
Studies of the mind are increasingly gaining prominence among researchers. The functioning of the human mind has always been and still is a great enigma for scientists. Furthermore, research into mental health is gaining ground among research, as it involves all aspects of daily life.
Thinking about social construction and all the factors involved in our routinestress levels can directly impact quality of life. With this in mind, a group of researchers decided to delve deeper into this topic.
The research was carried out in England by Rescue Remedywith around two thousand people participating. To collect the data, the researchers used a questionnaire, and were thus able to assess the exact time of peak stress.
The results indicate that there is indeed a time throughout the day when the stress is greater. After the analyses, it was possible to note that the interval of greatest stress occurs, on average, between 07:23 and 08:18.

During the investigation, the researchers found that each participant typically experienced three stress peaks per day. In the case of women, the main one occurred at 7:50 a.m., and among men, it happened around 8:43 a.m.
The main reasons that trigger this stress, as pointed out in the study, are events in traffic, problems with clothes and even objects that may fall or break throughout the morning.
This research can contribute to research focused on the study of mental health and behavior. This is because knowing the stressors helps to reduce stress peaks and changes caused throughout the day.
