Creative Program: monetization

The Creative Program appears as an alternative for content monetization. Introduced in Brazil in September this year, it rewards users who publish original content lasting more than one minute and who meet the requirements of ten thousand followers and one hundred thousand views in the last thirty days.

However, unlike the Creators Fund, the new program imposes stricter criteria on the content produced, making monetization a little more challenging.

In the Creative Program, payment is calculated based on Revenue Per Mille (RPM), a metric that evaluates earnings per thousand views, as well as other unspecified indicators.

Although the budget allocated to the program has not yet been revealed, TikTok promises that the rewards will be 20 times greater than in the previous model.

These changes represent a new direction in the company’s monetization strategy. TikTokhighlighting the platform’s commitment to providing additional support to creators and promoting high-quality content on its platform.
