The Apple Vision Pro faces more resistance from notable companies, including NetflixYouTube and Spotify, according to Bloomberg sources.
These companies have no plans to release a native app for the $3,500 virtual reality headset, nor will they enable their iPad apps for use on the device.
Instead, users will be directed to access these services through a browser, resulting in a less immersive and device-friendly experience.
Despite being the largest streaming service in the world, Netflix does not plan to make a dedicated version of its application available for the Apple Vision Pro.

A Bloomberg revealed that the company refused to develop an application for the device virtual reality.
The Netflix spokesperson highlighted that not even the existing iPad app will be compatible with the glasses, further limiting the streaming experience with this innovative device.
Netflix’s decision not to launch an app for the Apple Vision Pro remains unexplained by the spokesperson, which raises curiosity, especially considering that several other streaming services have accepted Apple’s proposal.

While YouTube has a dedicated app for Meta Quest, Spotify, on the other hand, has never developed an app for any virtual reality headset, and there is no indication that this will change in the near future.
Spotify’s stance on lack of support for virtual reality devices highlights a notable difference compared to other platforms, raising questions about the strategies adopted by companies.
To date, the Goal has not yet commented on the participation of the Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook applications.
