NFL Twitter “Bro this is rigged” reaction to epic “curse of announcer” by Jim Nantz and Tony Romo over Lions’ field goal attempt against Bills

The Detroit Lions are officially in a deep hole and have been largely unsuccessful in their efforts to stop the slide throughout the season. The Lions were in a 25-28 defeat to the Buffalo Bills, and announcers Jim Nantz and Tony Romo had a role to play in that.

While their players were unable to reveal the goods, Romo and Jim Nantz did their bit from the announcer’s box. The incident occurred in the later stages of the third quarter, when the Detroit Lions took the opportunity to shoot from a short 29-yard range.

The lions called their tried and tested hitters Michael BadglEy. This time, however, the 27-year-old actress showed her effort high and left a mark with a sequence that turned out to be hilarious when watched on TV.

That’s because CBS announcer Jim Nantz had just hailed Badgley’s impeccable track record for television audiences. Nantz immediately retracted his expression, as if he knew what would happen next, “Don’t tell me about an announcer’s bad luck.”

And boy, was he right? The announcer duo tried to salvage the situation by immediately apologizing to Lions fans for their unintentional role in the on-court missed opportunity.

“Oh my God. No no no. My apologies to Lions fans because Jim … if you talk about it, he’s in, but he didn’t want to discuss it and Buffalo by a five-point gap instead.

With the Buffalo Bills on the receiving end of the cure, the announcers screwed up another chance with their magical sinister powers. Tyler Bass, the Bills shooter, also missed a field goal attempt, which prompted Tony Romo to once again ask his fellow announcer Jim Nantz. Check out some of the best Twitter Reactions.
