Valorant will make UI changes in Patch 5.10

In the latest update Chapter 5 Chapter 3, valiant It added a number of changes to the UI design and almost completely overhauled the aesthetics of the game. With a few changes coming hard and fast, the Valorant developers have promised to fix all the glitches as well as tweak some agents’ abilities to make them more appropriate in the upcoming meta.

However, the changes in the UI were not pleasing to the fans, especially as they unnecessarily disrupted the game and was not as user-friendly as the previous one. Riot reacted to this and the developers promised to undo some changes and improve the existing UI in the next Patch 5.10.

In a recent post, Riot revealed the following statement:

“Hey guys, thanks for all the feedback on this thread and on social media – keep it coming. The team wanted to be a quick reminder that these initial changes to Patch 5.08 are the first step in an iterative process. You can find out more about that here! then it will take you first. Again, keep telling us what you think – we’re listening!”

This means a change is guaranteed in the upcoming patch by developers who have promised to make the game more accessible with a more convenient interface for navigating the game.

Valorant patch 5.09

In the recently released patch 5.09, Valorant included the following changes:

  • Fixed a bug where Harbor’s Cascade would sometimes disappear when looking away from it (fixed during the 5.08 patch cycle).
  • Fixed a bug where passing through the Harbor’s Cove barrier would not blind players at the desired distance (Fixed during the 5.08 patch cycle).
  • Fixed a bug that caused Harbor’s High Tide to have large gaps when used in certain map locations.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Harbor’s Reckoning’s geysers to not spawn in the player’s standing area.
  • Throughout this year, we are periodically making improvements to Skye’s Seekers to help them achieve their goals more reliably and efficiently.
  • Minor changes have been made to Skye’s Seekers getting around obstacles after visually obtaining their targets.
  • If the target is abstract when seekers reach them, it doesn’t weaken them. This includes Reyna while Dismissed and Yoru in Dimensional Drift.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Yoru to still go into stealth and intangible state if being detained while applying Dimensional Drift. Detention now properly interrupts the cast.
  • Fixed an issue causing Fade to activate Haunt and Capture shells and drop them while Suppressed.
  • Fixed an issue causing Reyna to automatically heal after a kill even though she was Suppressed while Empress.
  • Fixed an issue where Sage was able to corner herself and instantly break her Barrier.

It will be interesting to find the changes Valorant has incorporated into the game to make the game more accessible and user-friendly once again. The community will be happy to hear about one-click menus returning to the game very soon.
