“Warriors will know if you’re fake or if you’re on your own. You have to come from a real place for them to respect you. And if you have respect, you can say, ‘Well, let’s fix these issues, let’s go over them.'” Added Coach Greg Jackson. “When problems came and there were ego conflicts, they would listen to me and we would manipulate it.”

While Greg Jackson has managed to keep Jackson-Wink Academy among the top MMA gyms in the world, even the best of the best have had problems within the academy. When you run a Jackson-Wink-sized gym, conflicts between fighters and coaches are inevitable.
