“Let’s Train” Belal Mohammed offers to help Nate Diaz in the fight against “LIAR” Khamzat Chimaev

Belal Mohammed is one of Nate Diaz’s biggest fans right now as he is ready to face Khamzat Chimaev in his latest UFC fight. Belal, who initially campaigned for a fight against Chimaev, was put on hold as the UFC countered the much easier competition from Chechens in Diaz. Belal keeps his streak high and believes he could be the one to finish Chimaev’s Career Winning streak.

Earlier this week, it was announced that Nate will have to go up against Chimaev if he wants to survive that final fight in his UFC contract. Although there was little hope for victory, he always accepted the badass fight. This rowdy tactic of the UFC has led to many fans who often turn a blind eye to Nate’s embarrassment in the UFC fight against him.

One such fan he made was none other than top-ranked middleweight Belal Mohammed. Mohammed was clearly disappointed that he wouldn’t be able to test Khamzat, he was quick to show support for Nate by tweeting. “Let’s go to Nate” and later a tweet in which he imagined a hypothetical scenario where Chimaev and Usman lost their fight.

Belal Mohammed wishes Nate Diaz beat Khamzat Chimaev on the way out

At UFC 280, the first promotional presser in London, Belal was part of the panel alongside former Lightweight Champions Charles Oliveira and Sean O’Malley. When asked by a reporter about the true probability of Chimaev winning the title after beating an unranked Diaz, it means Belal lost his shot despite facing much more important competition. Bella said, “Of course anything is possible, but obviously the big money fight they’re trying to have is Khamzat with Kamaru and Leon winner, but I’m the Diaz team here, so Nate is on my roster, let’s practice and win this fight.” He offers to train the senior to prepare for Chimaev’s heavyweight style of wrestling.

Later, Belal was asked if there was any particular reason behind her supporting Diaz so deeply, she said. “Who isn’t a Nate Diaz fan? Everyone is a Nate Diaz fan so Chimaev lied to me, said he was going to meet me but he didn’t hit me, he didn’t answer my calls so now I’m Diaz team and I hope he ruins the party”
