In 2010, the UFC hosted QnA events where fighters could ask UFC fighters and organizers direct questions about the events. At one such event at UFC 122, Dana White and Joe Rogan were on stage and were answering some questions.
A member of the audience took the opportunity to jokingly ask Rogan to engage in a friendly wrestling fight. He said: “Can I wrestle Joe Rogan and if I win you come to Sweden.” Rogan was quick to reply, and without delay, he accepted the offer and said, “Sure, get up here bitch.”
Rogan got a little serious and asked if he would turn the man over. “What will happen when I win? What happens if you touch it, that’s all I want to know, what will I get‘ asked Rogan. The reporter brutally replied: “I’m going to faint before I come back, bitch.”
The response was unexpected and caught the UFC color commentator off guard. Rogan was impressed by her self-confidence and said:I’ll let him win this, I love his moxie”
As a joke, Rogan was a good athlete and treated the fans well. However, if they did, it’s pretty clear that Rogan could easily beat anyone without MMA training.
