Baker Mayfield had a disappointing start to the season with the Panthers. Mayfield was bought from the Browns to turn things around, but failed to do so. Some reports even indicate that the quality of the Panthers has dropped since QB arrived.

Baker Mayfield was heavily criticized for his poor start to the season and was also booed by home fans against the Arizona Cardinals, which they lost.

Recently, during the Panther’s practice, reporter Baker asked Mayfield to adopt a new drill or change the existing drill to which the Panthers QB replied.

“If you have a drill for me, let me know” said Mayfield. “Staying in the pocket, finding windows to throw away, getting your hands down in the quick game, everything I say.”

Baker Mayfield did not and silenced the reporter for asking him controversial questions. Mayfield was also asked if the ball went down on the scrimmage line and if there was anything he could do to fix the problem.

“No, I mean it still goes to what we’re talking about, finding windows to throw in the game, and also making sure we get our hands down when it comes to quick play – things like that,” Mayfield replied. “I just find windows.”
