The problem with this theory is thought-provoking on paper, but in practice, Gisele and Tom inked a waterproof prenuptial agreement. So no matter what, if their marriage ended in divorce, they would both walk away with their assets intact. The only point of dispute will be common property, which they can deal with amicably.
