Terrell Owens wants Colin Kaepernick to join him at FCF
Terrell Owens recently said in an interview that he wanted Colin Kaepernick to join him in the Fan-Controlled Football League. Owens believes this will be beneficial for Colin Kaepernick and benefit from his attempt to return to the NFL.
“I feel like he could really go in and use that to really sharpen his skills.‘ said Owens.Especially since there are some questions about him not playing for that long.”
Terrell Owens is back to playing professionally after almost a decade, and the 48-year-old wide receiver is extremely excited about the future.“Playing football, so it’s innate. It’s something I’ve done almost my entire life. To get out on the field and back on the field, frankly playing competitively, I mean then my juices are flowing” said Owens.
However, it is not yet clear whether Colin Kaepernick will be willing to join the Fan-Controlled Football League. He seems to have the NFL on his mind and has already said in a statement that he will only join an NFL team if a starting point is guaranteed.
“Colin Kaepernick has been told to let the others know that he is open to even accepting the role of a backup QB—if that’s necessary*—to facilitate a return to the NFL, according to league source.” Josina Anderson tweeted last week.
