Should you go to Aitor or Sophie in the Dying Light 2 Raid mission?

Playing Dying Light 2 Raid missions ask you to go to Aitor or Sophie at Tango Motel, but who do you choose? As tensions escalate between the Bazaar Survivors and the Peacekeepers, you must make some critical decisions that will affect how you proceed in the next mission to reclaim the Water Tower. Go to Aitor or Sophie at the Tango Motel in Dying Light 2?

After rescuing Carl from the now-safe Bandit Camp, you find that Sophie is not responding to the radio and must get to her safe house at the Tango Motel as quickly as possible. When you arrive, Hakon will remind you that telling Aitor what you’ve learned so far from your Dying Light 2 The Only Way Out options can get you through the subway tunnels to reach the Villedor Central Loop. At this point, you will be presented with the following options: go to Sophie and help him or go to Aitor and report your findings on Commander Lucas’ murder.

If you take Hakon’s advice and decide to report what you’ve done so far, you will be prompted to report to Aitor at the Peacekeeper outpost. He will tell you that the Peacekeepers are planning to take control of Jack and Joe’s water tower, weakening the survivors of the Bazaar and tipping the scales in their favor for their investigation. After this conversation, you will complete The Raid story quest and start the journey to choose Dying Light 2 Water Tower to advance the story and the factional war within Old Villedor.

Go to Sophie’s at Tango Motel

Going against Hakon’s advice and keeping your promise to Sophie will land you directly at Tango Motel. You will find that the Bazaar is full of dead Peacekeepers trapped by Survivors. After looking for Sophie at the motel, you’ll reach the rooftop and find a radio belonging to a dead Peacekeeper that Aitor is trying to get past. As you respond to Aitor, you will be discovered by Barney, causing him to accuse you of being a traitor.

Barney will unleash some Survivor men on you, so you’ll have to fight them, but luckily they’re not particularly skilled fighters. When you try to get out of the roof, you will encounter a boss fight with Sophie’s bodyguard, Hermann, which will cause the roof to collapse. After you defeat him, Hakon will rescue you with a ladder to the roof and suggest that Barney has something to hide and needs to be found.

After you find a secure room at the motel, you’ll find Barney and Sophie wielding a crossbow on the other side of the door. He will guide you to your next choice by saying that the people of the bazaar are desperate and need that water tower to survive. can you tell me you can help each other Or are you going to test Sophie and tell her? “try me”?

Deciding that you and Sophie think you can help each other will lead to another option for reaffirming exactly how you want to move forward. Sophie will be asked if you absolutely want to help, and you can answer yes or no. Choosing “yes” will side with Bazaar Survivors and Sophie for now, giving you the task of reclaiming the Water Tower from Jack and Joe. However, we’re not sure exactly what will happen when you say “no” to Sophie, but we think this choice will give you a chance to stop helping Sophie if you change your mind.

If you’re determined to help Aitor’s investigation, “try me!” The option during this shootout will have you questioning Sophie and Barney about who killed Commander Lucas. While you’re not actually learning anything new, Sophie says you’re more used to her alive than dead for now, and she leaves the motel with Barney. With nothing else to go on with Bazaar Survivors, you need to go back to Aitor to update him about the investigation and he will give you the Water Tower quest.
