In an interview with the Times of India, Watson talked about India’s World Cup chances and praised Pandya. He said Pandya, 41, is not only a finisher but also a power hitter and has all the skills; He can help India win the World Cup single-handedly.
“Hardik Pandya is a talented cricketer. His pace in the 140s while bowling is unbelievable. He just has a great talent and a great ability to take wicket and also to defend runs. His shot continues to go through the roof. He is not only a finisher, but also a powerful hitter. He has all the skills. We saw him at the last IPL. He can win the T20 World Cup alone.
