After spending nearly two months at the Mumbai Indians camp at IPL 2022, cricket great Sachin Tendulkar is enjoying time away from the game with his family. While Master Blaster was dining at a restaurant in London, he remembered the late comeback wizard Shane Warne.
He shared a post today with a photo of him smiling in front of a beautiful scene that looks like Venice. But instead, the place was in London, and Tendulkar was at a restaurant located close to where Warne was staying in England.
He captioned the post: “I thought of Warnie while dining at this restaurant in Little Venice (London) close to where he was staying in England.”

Shane Warne died in March this year
The Cricket fraternity was in complete disbelief when, at the age of 52, the legendary leg-bender passed away after suspected of having a heart attack. After his death, messages of condolence poured in from social media.
“Shocked, dazed and miserable… I’ll miss you Warnie. There has never been a dull moment with you on and off the court. He will always value our on-court duels and off-court jokes. You always had a special place for India and Indians had a special place for you. He’s gone too young!” Tendulkar paid tribute on Twitter when Shane Warne died.
Warne was one of the world’s greatest cricketers and a popular figure in India. Under his captaincy, the Rajasthan Royals had won their first season. IPL 2008. RR has not won the trophy since. He returned to RR in 2018 and worked as a member of the backroom staff.
