Kris Srikkanth on Rishabh Pant’s poor form, “Maybe you can take a break from him”

Former Indian cricketer Kris Srikkanth has attacked the Indian government for mishandling goalie kicker Rishabh Pant. she asked BCCI If they were waiting for a few more failures to put him to rest or knock him out of the XI at the end of the Pant.

“Maybe you could take a break to him (Pant) and say ‘wait a minute, come and play in India’, they didn’t handle him well. Are you going to wait a few games before taking a break, or will you be out after a game or two?Kris Srikkanth said on his YouTube channel: Cheeky Cheeka.

“Yeah, Rishabh Pant isn’t taking the chance. I’m very disappointed – ennada Pant-u (what is this Pant)? You’re missing out on these chances. It’d be nice if you got into this type of match, right? World Cup is approaching1983 World Cup winner added.

That’s how it feels at 62 Rishabh Pants he needs to reinvest in himself because not running under his belt will put pressure on him. He said he should try to keep his eyes on the ball before going to Biggies. He also expressed his disappointment that the left-handed hitter threw his wicket.

Pant has been struggling with form for a while. So far this year, he’s only managed to beat 30 points in 21 hits twice. While he accumulated 17 runs in the T20I series, he was sacked for just 15 runs in the first ODI. It will be interesting to see if Men in Blue will finally rest him for the final ODI against New Zealand.
