While the Google Play Store just got a section with educational apps for kids, the Mountain View company continues to improve its various services and apps. For example, Google Meet is replicating new features and a debit card called Google Card is being prepared.
On Wednesday, April 22, the Californian company is introducing a new feature, this time for Google Search. Just typing “What to Watch”, By dialing “What to Watch”, users will be able to enjoy a customizable list of movies and TV shows to watch. Note that since an update released in the fall of 2019, users can take advantage of personalized recommendations (for feature films or TV shows).

Therefore, from now on, it will be possible to create a list of content to watch soon in the Desktop version and Android app directly in Google Search. Let’s give an example:

After watching the movie, the user can remove the movie from the list by clicking the “Wached” box. Google later removed this movie from both your list and personalized recommendations. The user can also filter these suggestions from Google by several categories: type of content (movies, serials, shows, documentaries, etc.), price of content (free or inaccessible), category (action, comedy, romance), horror, SF etc.) and by provider (available on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, etc.).
