Google Messages will soon let you react to text messages with any emoji

Recently, it was possible for Google Messages users to react to messages received via the RCS protocol with a few emojis, but the choice was quite limited. Lately, Google has also made it possible to reply to any SMS by sending a new SMS with the selected emoji. As expected, Google will eventually align with its various rivals and improve its functionality.
