After enabling access offline, then just go to the Google Drive site To access your documents. Only minor restriction, have Chrome browser or possibly Chrome OS.

Note that some other minor features are also included. Now Google automatically imports your Google+ profile picture and discussion groups to Drive.

Users’ profile pictures have become increasingly important given the interaction and social functions they bring, they are now linked to Google, so it’s possible to add users to a circle directly from Drive.

Finally, Google introduced new options for developers, including the ability to add app data folders and custom permissions to files.
