Prior to UFC 281, Israel Adesanya did an interview with Taylor Rooks that went viral on the internet. In an interview with The Last Stylebender, she revealed that she masturbates before scales to lose weight.

As they both controlled their laughter, Izzy said, ” A few grams came out, 100 grams. I lost weight.” Recently, Izzy visited Andrew Shulz on his podcast. WONDERFUL where the fighter explains his thoughts during the interview.
“When he said that, that was the first thought that came to my mind. Oh, it was like I was thinking of another story once. For me too, whenever a thought comes to my mind and I feel good, I don’t want to lose it to myself. I’m just telling the truth, just tell it, it’s funny. He was a good athlete, he was cool.said Izzy.
Even after losing to Alex Pereira at UFC 281, Izzy seems to take it in a very professional way. The fighter took the loss gracefully, and fans really appreciate that.
