Cain Velasquez was arrested in February of this year for attempted murder. After eight months in prison, he was finally released on bail today by Judge Arthur Bocanegra. According to reports, Cain Velasquez was chasing a child abuser named Harry Goularte Jr while Goularte’s parents were in the same car.
Velasquez went after them and collided with them in his vehicle. He then allegedly fired several shots at Goularte’s car. After the incident, Velasquez was immediately taken into custody.
The former UFC fighter was charged with several charges and would have to face another 20 years in prison if proven guilty. But he was released on bail due to his reputation as a family man, according to the MMA addict’s reports. After Judge Arthur Bocanegra released Cain on bail, the judge said: “I am confident and I believe that you will not risk anything to distance you from your son, your daughter, your family… I hope you will not mislead me”
After this incident, many of his friends and colleagues showed support to side with Cain. Some of the fans are upset about what has happened and want Cain to go to jail again.

Fans want Cain Velasquez’s bail revoked

Many Twitter users urged Cain to be jailed again, claiming he shot the wrong person. One user wrote, “Send your *** to jail”

Another user criticized Cain for his bad judgment. He wrote, “If Cain had been smart… instead of recreating a movie chase and conflict in the middle of the day, he would have followed the guy and beat him up, he would be at home with his family right now.”
One user wrote that Cain will go to jail for his actions. He wrote, “And he shot the damn wrong person. It’s just bail, he’ll most likely go to jail.”
One person trolled MMA fans and supported Cain being unaware of the actual event. He wrote, “Most MMA fans commenting on this story literally don’t even know what cain is doing.”
One user mocked how fans supported Cain when he nearly killed someone. He wrote, “Let’s go. He just nearly killed an innocent person. He definitely deserves to be released.”
