The Orrery Lost Sector in Nessus is a good place to start, but you can start the Vault of Glass Raid and repeatedly kill the Vex that spawns in the Waking Ruins area.

Once you kill 120 Vex you will need to collect 30 Phantasmal Particles and use them to purchase a special item in the Lectern of Enchantment in Sanctuary on the Moon. You can collect them by killing Nightmares in Sorrow’s Harbor or by completing Nightmare Hunts. I recommend the latter because you can also get Essences from Nightmare Hunts, plus they’re usually more fun than killing the Ogre after the Ogre.
