Service users will therefore need to find alternatives.
For those who don’t know, Google Cloud Print,print documents remotely via servers on a smartphone, tablet, PC or Chromebook. For example, you don’t need to install drivers on your device or be connected to the same local network as the printer to print photos or PDFs. Every document submitted by users is transferred to a Google server before being forwarded to the printer.
Google’s graveyard is filling up
This is far from the first time Google has buried one of its services. Last April, the Mountain View firm announced the demise of Google+, a particularly unpopular and abandoned social network. Earlier, Google announced the end of its revolutionary email client, Google Inbox, as well as Hangouts.
