The 31-year-old revealed an incident during a fan’s recent visit where she decided to trash speaking out against her.
Fans would be aware of how ferociously the Philadelphia 76ers’ fanbase was chasing their own players, if necessary taking the example of Ben Simmons. Jrue Holiday appeared in the latest episode of the series. Point Forward podcast and made interesting statements about playing for Philadelphia.
“Playing for Philly is no joke, bro. The last time we played in Philly, a guy got fired for talking nonsense to me, and I said, ‘No, keep him in.’ I grew up here. But it was still burning, like nostalgia.”
They go a long way for those who are not aware of the bond between the parties. The Philadelphia 76ers selected Jrue Holiday 17th in the 2009 NBA Draft. He played the first four years of his career in Philly, which is one of the reasons he’s always felt like home for him.
However, all eyes will be on Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday as they lock horns against the Boston Celtics without their accomplice Khris Middleton. Given the opposition is in good shape and better off than they were a few playoff series ago, the Bucks will be aware of turning up the music in the first away games.
