WhatsApp finally lets you do it without QR Code to connect, here’s how

How to login to WhatsApp on a new device without a connected smartphone

To take advantage of this new feature, you must first join beta users. Then, for the first time, the approach is almost the same as always. We explain how to do it:

• Open WhatsApp app
• Click on the menu at the top right
• choose Connected devices

• Then go back and select Connect a device
• Unlock your smartphone if necessary
• Open WhatsApp on the device of your choice
• Scan QR code with your smartphone

WhatsApp still has work to do
