Valorant has been around for almost two years, and since then Riot Games has tweaked everything from its reps to its level layouts. Cypher players, on the other hand, believe that the character is almost forgotten as the game grows.
People are urging Riot Games to find a way to boost Cypher in Chapter 4 Act 2, which is dedicated to introducing various gameplay balances between Valorant’s agents and systems.

Other than the dreaded Spycam pistol issue, Riot may already have the solution to a cool overhaul concept hidden for itself in the character’s beta.
With Trapwires, Cyber Cage, and Spycam, Cypher can watch a large part of the map as a Sentinel. A useful set of tools, but players believe it lags behind other Agents in its class.

Cypher update in Valorant

The idea of bringing back beta capabilities in the current era of Valorant has been well received by Redditor ‘CheeseCakeYee’, who has received a lot of support from other members of the community.
“Cypher was much better in beta,” they said. “And if we had that Cypher today, it would still be so much better, if not overly OP,” the narrator says.

Cypher’s powers had a few other effects, such as his Cyber Cage, that slowed anyone who entered him. Even after he died, he was able to keep wings with Trapwires. Yet even they got angry and are no longer active after leaving the tour.
Not to mention Neural Theft, which could benefit from some QoL tweaks to make it more useful. valorant
