While the Golden State Warriors have managed to bring the 2022 NBA series to 1-1 at the Chase Center, not all top scorers are in the A-game yet. One of the most worrisome concerns for Steve Kerr is Klay Thompson’s form, as he managed to score a total of 26 points in his first two games at home against the Boston Celtics.

Although there are many analysts and former players who are concerned about Klay Thompson’s form. The leaping sibling looks relatively cool and calm even after the drop in the first two games of the 2022 NBA Finals. He has already depicted the metrics of watching Game 6 Klay clips on Youtube. What’s more, given Andrew Wiggins’ prominence on both ends of the pitch, he could prove to be an X-Factor for Steve Kerr if the All-Star manages to score big on the road.
However, with the Celtics’ entire defense ticking off Stephen Curry for four quarters and Draymond Green being held sharply on the sidelines, Thompson will need to surrender if his team is to finally take the lead in this critical NBA series. Will we witness another appreciation for Steve Kerr’s tactics? Or does Ime Udoka have the formula to take down the Celtics star-studded Warriors with another blow? It remains to be seen.
