With the majority of Los Angeles Lakers stars sitting against the Denver Nuggets for the season finale, it’s been a chance for players like Wayne Ellington, Austin Reaves to make a mark on the team before a big change before next season. But with the Denver Nuggets trying to finish the season on a positive note, Facundo Campazzo was unable to remain calm as he was ejected before entering the postseason.

Little did the NBA fans understand, Campazzo came from behind and pushed Wayne Ellington unnecessarily. While the latter was impressive, the Argentinean’s absence definitely haunted Nikola Jokic’s team as they lost in the OT. While the headlines were played by the genius of Malik Monk and Austin Reaves, Ellington assured, he didn’t forget the dirty game. campazzo; threatening him.

Wayne Ellington threatens Facundo Campazzo
For those unaware, Lakers’ Wayne Ellington, who had perhaps his best game of the season with 18 points on the bench, is making headlines after he took to Twitter to threaten Nuggets guard Facundo Campazzo after his dirty shot. Clearly 2 foul calls and throws.
Realizing that the Nuggets vs Lakers game was as competitive as it should have been, Facundo’s move against Ellington was less clear, to different staff on many levels. Had the Lakers been struggling at the end of the season, things might have been different after this incident. But with all his royal stars on the sidelines, the Argentinean certainly escaped a hot swap.

But aside from Wayne Ellington’s warning, the highlight of the match was Malik Monk’s career-high 41 points. Austin Reaves had a historic triple-double with 31 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists. It’s safe to say that this 17-point comeback win was one of the best for the purple and gold army.

Wayne Ellington’s second stint with the Lakers may not have gone as he or the organization had hoped, but he now stayed pro for the season before leaving with a bang.
