Just like the old media, even our new guy did the job of comparing different teams from different eras, which even made the comparison silly since it’s pointless and the new guy. In 98 Jazz had Karl Malone, John Stockton, Jeff Hornacek and other great talents. It’s not true for Draymond Green to claim it was an easy win as the way they played in those days was so different. Both teams have some legends of the game and Hall of Famers who will try their best and make sure they are on the winning side.

Draymond Green took a shot this time via his personal Twitter account, not his podcast, as he wrote: “I watch 98 Bulls vs Utah in the finals… I can’t help but realize that if our 2017 team were to play these basketball brands, they would beat these Bulls by double and this Jazz by 40 points. That’s why it’s silly to compare Era.” It’s not entirely emotionless, but still, calling the team of Michael Jordan and Karl Malone, the game’s all-time greats, seems unfair and an overconfident stupid move. They played in a more physical era and got the job done while still taking most of their shots from inside the line.

Since Draymond Green and many other media people are showing so much disrespect to the old teams these days. There’s a good chance that players like Michael Jordan can take all these claims personally and come out of retirement and end it all for once, and that’s what the fans want. Again this would be an unfair match but you never know what the consequences will be as GOAT will be ready to take revenge.
