Notion is a great companion if you receive a lot of emails asking you to do something, or if you send a lot of emails asking for a response or some information.

At the bottom of the app, click on the Questions section to see emails asking you questions and emails asking others questions. This one-stop shop lets you keep track of the most important emails in your inbox without searching or trying to remember what you’re doing.

When you snooze a message in Notion, you will receive a notification to deal with it at a convenient time. You can basically choose any time you want to deal with it. Simply set a reminder instead of putting it in a separate task management tool or remembering to deal with it later.

I find the Snooze option really handy when I need to spend more than a few minutes replying to someone and want to push it to that afternoon or the next day to stay on track. Also useful if I need to respond with information from my desktop.
