Everyone has an email address, or even several. And here it can get complicated. Especially when you want to consult several people on your Android smartphone or tablet. Many apps do this very well, but Today I decided to introduce CloudMagic to you.
All of CloudMagic’s mailboxes in one neatly designed interface. Android app is free, you will find it very easily in Play Store. Now let’s get to the setup, it’s as simple as it is intuitive, it’ll only take a few moments.
Easily add your mailboxes
CloudMagic supports many email clients from Gmail to Hotmail, Microsoft Exchange (from 2003) or any other IMAP box. The synchronization is exemplary and you will have no trouble switching from, for example, your personal box to the professional box, from one to the other. To add a new account, go to “Settings > Accounts & messaging > Add more”.

A drop-down menu on the left displays all your mailboxes with the number of unread emails. With the “All Inboxes” tab, you can choose to view everything at once or only view one at a time.
Protect your emails with a password
A very practical and not very common function is the possibility to define a four-digit code for secure access to your mailbox. To do this, go to “Settings > Code lock”. Define your number combination and the interval between each new password request. Consultation of your emails is now safe as well as being grouped in the same interface.

Customizable notifications and ringtones
The customization is pretty advanced, proof of which notifications can be different for each of the mailboxes you configure. Same for notifications, it’s quite possible if you only want to be alerted for your professional email and not your personal email. To do this, go to the settings, then to the “notifications” section.
So much for this little CloudMagic tour, which is really practical for centralizing mailboxes on smartphone and tablet, all with the most beautiful effect Flat Design interface that fits perfectly with Android Lollipop. Let us know if you tried it and what you think!
