The direct answer to this question is No. Memoji has very basic functionality on macOS. It does not provide real-time emulation of facial expression and does not support blink and tongue detection. However, I expect Memoji to get better over time, or at least come very close to its iOS/iPadOS counterpart in the future.

1. Open to get started Messages app -> a conversation series on your Mac.
2. Now, click on app store icon to the left of the text field.
3. Next, select Memoji Stickers.
4. Next, click on three horizontal dots in the upper left.
Create a Custom Memoji

In the same menu, you have the option to edit, duplicate or even delete your custom Memoji. Each process is pretty simple, so you won’t have any problems doing them.
