2. You will now see the Inactive Account Manager landing page where you can find a brief description of the feature. Click Start Press the button to proceed further.
3. Google now asks you set wait time From now on, your account will be considered inactive. Available cooldown options are 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 18 months. Note that you will need to confirm your email address and verify your phone number to continue.
4. In the next step, there is an option to notify up to 10 people when your Google account is deactivated. You can optionally allow loved ones to access your Google account data. click Add person To enter the email address of the people you trust Trusted people will have 3 months to download your data, for example pictures from Google Photos.
5. If you are interested, you can create an Auto-Reply message that will be sent after your account is deactivated. To configure an auto-reply message, click on it. Set Auto Answer button.
6. Finally, Change “Yes, delete my inactive Google Account” Toggle to automatically delete your inactive Google account. The account will be deleted three months after deactivation.
