Warzone Armaguerra 43 gear and tips for using the new SMG

The Warzone Armaguerra 43 SMG arrived with season 2, adding a new deadly rapid blast and prayer submachine gun to the gun pool. This is on top of the Warzone Juggernaut in Rebirth Island and the new Warzone Key Cards.

With the Armaguerra 43, even the best gear won’t tame this thing any more than a bullet hose in Call of Duty Warzone, with a recoil that requires you to aim to hit even the closest targets. However, it has its strengths, with a good rate of fire that can trigger kills quickly if you can land your shots.

With all that in mind, let’s take a look at how to unlock Warzone Armaguerra 43 and the two best gear to use it.

How to unlock Warzone Armaguerra 43

No surprises to unlock a Warzone SMG challenge here: get 10 hipfire kills in 15 different matches. There are no easy solutions, just grab your most reliable submachine gun, hit the small maps and keep firing until it’s gone.

Warzone Armaguerra 43 really needs to be pointed down sight to narrow down the firing pattern to something more controllable. You’ll still want to stay at close ranges while this equipment does it – the midrange definitely pushes it for this thing.

The Strife Compensator barrel gives you some recoil control without the ADS or movement penalty like the Stippled Grip and M1941 Hand Stop lower barrel. The Imerito 550mm 03P barrel does wonders for improving recoil and accuracy, albeit at the expense of ADS and movement. It’s worth it if you don’t want to fight that recoil, and the Imerito TA Skeletal stock again supports movement and ADS, increasing initial recoil and accuracy. This pick so far should help balance the recoil and hit penalties of the .30 Russian Short 25 Round Mags. it’s worth it for the rate of fire, damage, and speed boost. To be honest, sight is optional, as iron sights are good enough.

As for the rest, we used the Hardscope expertise for greater recoil control and accuracy in continuous ADS; A Quick Melee kit that thinks you’ll be fighting at closer ranges, and the Extended ammo type for the bullet speed bump.

Warzone Armaguerra 43 doesn’t make a great hipfire room cleaner with a bullet pattern like a leaky shower head. However, if you’re willing to try and use it for close-range, non-aiming action, this load can rein in some of its worst tendencies.

The Mercury Silencer will definitely keep you off the map while taming recoil with a tap, the Imerito 550mm 03P barrel and Polymer Grip will also reduce evasion if you start getting hits mid-kill. The SG98 Compact under-barrel is there to increase your movement speed, and the iron sights are actually pretty good, so you can forget about the Monocular Reflector if you want to. Imerito SA Folding stock keeps you mobile while avoiding any penalties for movement or ADS. The IM 40 Round Fast Mags also give you more ammo and reload boosts while avoiding similar penalties. The ammo options are really up to you depending on the effect you want, but Extended’s increased projectile speed will help you land hits faster.

As for the extras, we’ve used the Slight of Hand proficiency to speed up reloading, and the Quick Melee kit to help you out when you’re in front of someone.
