As you probably know, the highly anticipated Star Wars Jedi Survivor will launch on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on Friday, April 28, 2023. Provide a few extra GB to install the traditional Day One patch.
But before the game came out, EA just made a great statement on Twitter. The American publisher has confirmed that several patches are coming in the coming weeks, as I quoted.fix bugs, improve performance and add more accessibility options”.
Either way, these clarifications cause some players to rightly wonder if the game needs a few more weeks of development before it’s released. It’s hard to say otherwise at this point. In our complete test in Star Wars Jedi Survivor, yours really pointed the finger Many technical issues of the Respawn Entertainment title.
Is EA promising patches like hastily release acceptance?
During the adventure, starting with blurry textures, not to mention very obvious overlapping, clipping in certain elements of the decor, and certain collision errors. Lip syncing is also the occasional berry in VF. Worse, We had three crashes on PS5 about thirty hours of gameplay (let’s mention the unpatched version with the Day One update).
But in our eyes biggest issue is still choppy performance. Outdoors the game struggles to maintain 60 FPS in Performance mode on PS5. Let’s not even talk about the Quality mode, which is unplayable in our eyes.
On PC, the situation is not much better, as evidenced by numerous tests posted on the web, to achieve very complex performance despite brawny configurations. Therefore, it is hoped that the patches mentioned by EA will arrive quickly and finally. Enjoy a hassle-free, AAA-worthy Star Wars Jedi Survivor experience.
